Cash on Delivery

KIRDAR reserves the right to confirm, restrict, or cancel COD orders in cases of incomplete address, unreachable phone number, repeated refusal, suspicious order activity, or courier limitations.

Returns & Exchanges

KIRDAR offers returns and exchanges on eligible products as per our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, and returned with original tags, packaging, invoice, accessories, and free gifts intact.

For damaged, defective, missing, or wrong-product claims, please contact us within the time period mentioned in our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy and share all required proof, including clear photos and an unboxing video where applicable.

Delivery & Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared through SMS, WhatsApp, email, or the order page, depending on availability.

Tracking updates are provided by courier partners and may take some time to become active after dispatch.

KIRDAR will never ask for your OTP, UPI PIN, card PIN, CVV, net banking password, or full banking password.
