KIRDAR Shipping Policy

Last Updated: [18-06-2026]

Thank you for shopping with KIRDAR. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, delivered, delayed, returned to origin, or handled in case of delivery-related issues.

KIRDAR is a women’s fashion brand offering ethnic wear, jewellery, accessories, and related fashion products through www.kirdar.in.

By placing an order with KIRDAR, you agree to this Shipping Policy along with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Return, Exchange & Refund Policy, and any other policies published on our website.

1. Official Contact Details

For all shipping, delivery, tracking, delay, failed delivery, return-to-origin, and order-related support, contact KIRDAR only through the official channels below:

Mobile / WhatsApp: +91 9874774798
Email: support@kirdar.in

Customers should not rely on unofficial phone numbers, personal accounts, fake courier messages, third-party payment links, or unauthorized persons claiming to represent KIRDAR.

KIRDAR will never ask for your OTP, UPI PIN, card PIN, CVV, net banking password, or sensitive banking details for delivery purposes.

2. Shipping Coverage

KIRDAR currently ships orders to serviceable locations within India, subject to courier partner availability.

Delivery serviceability may vary depending on the customer’s PIN code, courier restrictions, product type, payment method, order value, and operational conditions.

KIRDAR reserves the right to cancel, hold, modify, or refuse any order if the delivery address is not serviceable, incomplete, incorrect, suspicious, restricted, unsafe, or unavailable for courier delivery.

If a prepaid order is cancelled by KIRDAR due to non-serviceability, the eligible amount will be refunded as per KIRDAR’s Refund Policy.

3. Order Processing Time

Once an order is successfully placed, KIRDAR begins order verification, quality check, packing, and dispatch preparation.

Estimated processing time:

  1. Ready-to-ship products: Usually processed within 1 to 3 business days.
  2. Pre-order, made-to-order, customized, special request, or limited-stock products: May take 7 to 21 business days or longer depending on product availability, production, finishing, quality check, or supplier timeline.
  3. Sale, festive, promotional, high-volume, or peak-season orders: May require additional processing time.

Business days do not include Sundays, public holidays, courier holidays, national holidays, local restrictions, strikes, lockdowns, or force majeure events.

Processing time and delivery time are separate. Delivery time begins only after the order has been dispatched and handed over to the courier partner.

4. Order Verification

KIRDAR may verify orders before processing or dispatching them.

Verification may be done through phone, WhatsApp, SMS, email, or any other available communication method.

Order verification may be required for:

  1. Cash on Delivery orders.
  2. High-value orders.
  3. Multiple quantity orders.
  4. Incomplete addresses.
  5. Unclear PIN codes.
  6. Suspicious orders.
  7. Repeat orders.
  8. Orders with previous delivery refusal history.
  9. Orders with mismatch between billing and shipping details.
  10. Any order flagged by KIRDAR or its payment/courier partners.

If the customer does not respond to verification attempts within a reasonable time, KIRDAR may delay, hold, modify, or cancel the order.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, estimated delivery time may vary depending on location and courier serviceability.

General estimated delivery timeline:

  1. Metro cities and major urban locations: 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.
  2. Non-metro cities and towns: 5 to 10 business days after dispatch.
  3. Remote areas, village locations, border areas, restricted zones, or difficult service locations: 7 to 15 business days or longer after dispatch.
  4. Pre-order, made-to-order, or special products: Delivery timeline will depend on the processing period plus courier delivery time.

These timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Actual delivery may be affected by courier delays, weather, strikes, public holidays, festivals, lockdowns, road conditions, natural calamities, operational issues, customs or regulatory checks where applicable, incorrect customer details, or events beyond KIRDAR’s control.

6. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout or communicated before order confirmation.

KIRDAR may offer free shipping, paid shipping, conditional free shipping, or special shipping offers from time to time.

Shipping charges may depend on:

  1. Order value.
  2. Product category.
  3. Product weight or volume.
  4. Delivery location.
  5. Payment method.
  6. Courier availability.
  7. Promotional offer terms.

Shipping charges, Cash on Delivery charges, handling charges, packaging charges, gift wrapping charges, convenience fees, or other non-product charges may be non-refundable unless the refund is due to a confirmed error by KIRDAR.

7. Cash on Delivery Shipping

Cash on Delivery may be available for selected products, selected PIN codes, selected order values, and selected customers.

KIRDAR reserves the right to enable, disable, restrict, cancel, or require prepaid payment for Cash on Delivery orders at its discretion.

COD may be restricted or denied in cases of:

  1. High-value orders.
  2. Repeated delivery refusal.
  3. Failed delivery history.
  4. Suspicious order activity.
  5. Incorrect or incomplete address.
  6. Unverified phone number.
  7. Remote or non-serviceable location.
  8. Bulk orders.
  9. Return-to-origin history.
  10. Courier partner restrictions.

For COD orders, the customer must keep the full payable amount ready at the time of delivery.

If the customer refuses delivery, is unavailable, provides an incorrect address, or fails to pay the COD amount, KIRDAR may restrict future COD eligibility or cancel future orders.

8. Tracking Details

Once the order is dispatched, tracking details may be shared through SMS, WhatsApp, email, or account/order page, depending on system availability.

Tracking updates are provided by courier partners and may take time to become active after dispatch.

KIRDAR is not responsible for temporary tracking delays, incorrect courier scans, late updates, or technical issues on courier tracking systems.

Customers are responsible for checking tracking updates and being available to receive the delivery.

9. Customer Responsibility for Delivery Details

The customer is responsible for providing complete, accurate, and serviceable delivery details at the time of placing the order.

The delivery address must include:

  1. Full name.
  2. Complete house/building number.
  3. Street, area, colony, landmark, or locality.
  4. City.
  5. State.
  6. Correct PIN code.
  7. Active mobile number.
  8. Alternate phone number, if available.

KIRDAR is not responsible for delay, failed delivery, loss, misrouting, return-to-origin, or extra charges caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, fake, or unreachable customer details.

Once an order is packed or dispatched, address change may not be possible.

If address correction or re-shipping is possible, additional charges may apply.

10. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners usually attempt delivery as per their own service rules.

If the customer is unavailable, unreachable, refuses delivery, does not answer calls, fails to provide OTP where required, or does not collect the parcel, the courier partner may mark the shipment as failed, undelivered, or return-to-origin.

KIRDAR is not responsible for failed delivery caused by:

  1. Customer unavailable at address.
  2. Incorrect or incomplete address.
  3. Wrong mobile number.
  4. Phone switched off.
  5. Customer not responding to courier calls.
  6. Customer refusing delivery.
  7. Customer asking courier to delay beyond allowed time.
  8. Customer unavailable after multiple attempts.
  9. Security guard, receptionist, family member, or third party refusing or mishandling delivery.
  10. Building, society, hostel, office, or gated community access issues.

11. Refused Delivery

If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason approved by KIRDAR, the order may be treated as customer refusal.

For refused delivery:

  1. COD eligibility may be restricted for future orders.
  2. Re-shipping may require prepaid payment.
  3. Shipping, RTO, handling, and packaging charges may be deducted where applicable.
  4. For prepaid orders, refund may be processed only after the product is received back by KIRDAR and passes quality check.
  5. For COD orders, KIRDAR may refuse future orders from the same customer, phone number, address, email, account, or device where misuse is suspected.

12. Return to Origin / RTO

Return to Origin means the courier partner returns the shipment to KIRDAR because delivery could not be completed.

RTO may happen due to:

  1. Incorrect address.
  2. Incomplete address.
  3. Customer unavailable.
  4. Customer refusing delivery.
  5. Customer not answering calls.
  6. COD amount not paid.
  7. Courier unable to access the address.
  8. Delivery location becoming non-serviceable.
  9. Multiple failed delivery attempts.
  10. Customer delaying delivery beyond courier limits.
  11. Local restrictions, strikes, disasters, weather, or safety issues.

If an order is returned to KIRDAR due to customer-related reasons, KIRDAR may deduct forward shipping charges, return shipping charges, RTO charges, COD charges, handling charges, packaging charges, and any other applicable cost before processing any refund.

If the customer wants the order re-shipped, additional shipping or re-shipping charges may apply.

13. Delayed Delivery

KIRDAR aims to ship and deliver orders within the estimated timeline, but delays may occur.

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  1. Courier partner delay.
  2. Weather conditions.
  3. Natural calamities.
  4. Public holidays.
  5. Festivals.
  6. Lockdowns.
  7. Strikes.
  8. Road blockage.
  9. Political unrest.
  10. Local restrictions.
  11. Remote location service issues.
  12. High order volume.
  13. Product quality check delay.
  14. Stock movement delay.
  15. Payment verification delay.
  16. Customer verification delay.
  17. Incorrect address or contact details.
  18. Force majeure events.

A delay in delivery does not automatically qualify the order for cancellation, refund, compensation, or rejection once the order has been dispatched, unless required by applicable law or approved by KIRDAR.

Customers may contact KIRDAR support for assistance if an order is delayed beyond the estimated timeline.

14. Lost Shipment

If a shipment is marked lost by the courier partner, KIRDAR will investigate the matter with the courier.

Resolution may include replacement, re-shipment, store credit, or refund, depending on product availability, payment status, courier confirmation, and case verification.

KIRDAR will not treat a shipment as lost only because tracking has not updated for a short period. A shipment will be considered lost only after confirmation from the courier partner or after KIRDAR completes its investigation.

15. Delivered But Not Received Claim

If the courier tracking shows the order as delivered but the customer claims it was not received, the customer must contact KIRDAR within 24 hours of the delivery update.

The customer must provide:

  1. Order ID.
  2. Registered mobile number.
  3. Delivery address.
  4. Screenshot of tracking status.
  5. Written confirmation that the parcel was not received.
  6. Any building, security, office, family, receptionist, or neighbour information relevant to delivery.

KIRDAR will raise an investigation with the courier partner.

Such claims may be rejected if:

  1. The claim is raised after 24 hours of the delivered status.
  2. Courier provides proof of delivery.
  3. OTP-based delivery was completed.
  4. Delivery was accepted by a family member, guard, receptionist, office staff, neighbour, or third person at the address.
  5. The customer provided incorrect or shared delivery location.
  6. The claim is inconsistent with courier records.

KIRDAR’s final resolution will depend on courier investigation, delivery proof, customer details, and case verification.

16. Damaged Package at Delivery

If the outer package appears visibly damaged, opened, torn, tampered with, wet, or resealed at the time of delivery, the customer should not accept the parcel if possible.

If the customer accepts a damaged or tampered package, they must record a complete unboxing video before opening the package further.

For damaged, tampered, missing, wrong, or defective product claims, the customer must contact KIRDAR within 48 hours of delivery with:

  1. Order ID.
  2. Clear photos of the outer package.
  3. Clear photos of the shipping label.
  4. Clear photos of the product.
  5. A complete, continuous, unedited unboxing video starting from the sealed package.

Claims may be rejected if proof is missing, unclear, edited, incomplete, delayed, or recorded after the package was already opened.

17. Partial Shipment

KIRDAR may ship products from the same order in separate packages, depending on stock availability, product type, warehouse location, packaging needs, or operational reasons.

If an order is split into multiple shipments, each shipment may have separate tracking details and delivery timelines.

Partial shipment does not mean the remaining products are cancelled unless communicated by KIRDAR.

18. Multiple Products in One Order

When multiple products are ordered together, processing and dispatch may depend on the product with the longest processing time.

KIRDAR may choose to dispatch all products together or separately.

If any product becomes unavailable after order placement, KIRDAR may contact the customer and offer:

  1. Replacement product.
  2. Store credit.
  3. Partial refund.
  4. Order modification.
  5. Cancellation of unavailable item.

19. Pre-Order, Made-to-Order & Customized Products

Pre-order, made-to-order, customized, altered, specially requested, or limited-stock products may require additional time before dispatch.

Estimated timelines for such products are only approximate and may change due to fabric availability, production, finishing, embroidery, quality check, supplier delay, or operational factors.

Once such products are under processing, cancellation may not be allowed unless approved by KIRDAR or required by applicable law.

20. International Shipping

KIRDAR currently ships primarily within India unless international shipping is specifically offered on the website or confirmed by KIRDAR support.

If international shipping is approved, the customer may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, import charges, clearance fees, courier charges, local delivery charges, and any charges imposed by the destination country.

KIRDAR is not responsible for customs delays, import restrictions, destination-country rules, confiscation, return due to unpaid duties, or delivery issues outside India.

21. Shipping Restrictions

KIRDAR may refuse, hold, or cancel shipment for:

  1. Non-serviceable PIN codes.
  2. Incomplete addresses.
  3. Suspicious orders.
  4. Bulk orders.
  5. High-risk COD orders.
  6. Payment mismatch.
  7. Fraud risk.
  8. Courier restrictions.
  9. Restricted areas.
  10. Operational limitations.
  11. Natural disasters or local disruptions.
  12. Products unavailable after order placement.

If a prepaid order is cancelled by KIRDAR, the eligible refund will be processed as per KIRDAR’s Refund Policy.

22. Change of Shipping Address

Customers must provide the correct shipping address at the time of placing the order.

Address change requests may be accepted only before the order is packed, dispatched, or handed over to the courier partner.

Once the order is shipped, address change may not be possible.

If address change is possible through the courier partner, additional charges, delays, or verification may apply.

KIRDAR does not guarantee successful address modification after order placement.

23. Delivery to Offices, Hostels, Societies & Shared Locations

For deliveries to offices, hostels, PGs, hotels, societies, gated communities, reception desks, shops, or shared locations, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the parcel can be accepted safely.

If the parcel is accepted by security, receptionist, office staff, family member, neighbour, hostel staff, shop staff, or any person available at the address, the order may be treated as delivered.

KIRDAR is not responsible for parcel misplacement after delivery is completed at the address provided by the customer.

24. Packaging

KIRDAR aims to pack products safely and appropriately.

Packaging may vary depending on product type, size, order quantity, courier requirements, and available packing material.

Customers must preserve the original packaging, tags, labels, invoice, pouch, box, accessories, and free gifts in case they need to raise a return, exchange, damage, defect, missing, or wrong-product claim.

Returns or claims may be rejected if packaging and required proof are missing.

25. Courier Partner Responsibility

KIRDAR works with third-party courier and logistics partners for shipment and delivery.

Once an order is handed over to the courier partner, delivery movement, scanning, route, delivery attempt, and final delivery are handled by the courier partner.

KIRDAR will assist customers with courier-related issues where possible, but KIRDAR is not liable for delays, failed attempts, courier mistakes, tracking errors, operational disruptions, or service limitations beyond its reasonable control.

26. Customer Unavailability

The customer must remain available on the registered mobile number after placing the order.

If the courier partner or KIRDAR cannot reach the customer, delivery may be delayed, failed, cancelled, or returned to origin.

Repeated unavailability may result in cancellation of the order and restriction of future COD service.

27. Fraudulent Orders & Delivery Abuse

KIRDAR reserves the right to investigate, hold, cancel, or reject orders where fraud, misuse, delivery abuse, or suspicious activity is suspected.

This includes:

  1. Fake orders.
  2. Repeated COD refusal.
  3. False non-delivery claims.
  4. Fake damage claims.
  5. Incorrect addresses.
  6. Unreachable phone numbers.
  7. Multiple accounts using the same customer details.
  8. Repeated return-to-origin cases.
  9. Bulk orders without verification.
  10. Misuse of offers, coupons, refunds, or replacement claims.
  11. Threatening, abusive, or misleading communication with support or courier staff.

KIRDAR may restrict future orders, COD service, returns, exchanges, refunds, or support access where abuse or fraud is suspected.

28. Force Majeure

KIRDAR will not be responsible for shipping or delivery delays, failure, non-performance, or disruption caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  1. Natural disasters.
  2. Fire.
  3. Flood.
  4. Earthquake.
  5. Pandemic.
  6. Epidemic.

  15. Payment gateway failure.
  16. Supply chain disruption.
  17. Weather conditions.
  18. Public emergency.
  19. Any event beyond KIRDAR’s reasonable control.

29. Refund for Shipping-Related Issues

Refunds for shipping-related issues will be handled according to KIRDAR’s Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

Shipping charges, COD charges, handling charges, packaging charges, gift wrapping charges, convenience fees, and other non-product charges may be non-refundable unless the issue occurred due to a confirmed error by KIRDAR.

For prepaid orders returned due to customer fault, applicable shipping, RTO, handling, or other charges may be deducted before refund.

For orders lost in transit and confirmed by the courier partner, KIRDAR may offer replacement, re-shipment, store credit, or refund based on product availability and case verification.
